The whole point is to save you a week of hand placing names. Here is how it works.
- What do I get?
- Four print-ready PDFs from one guest list: escort cards sorted A to Z, place cards grouped by table, a foldable tent sign for every table, and a single alphabetical seating chart poster.
- How do I give you my guest list?
- Paste it. One guest per line as name then table, either comma separated or straight out of a spreadsheet column. A meal choice in a third column is optional and shows up on the place cards.
- Is it really free to preview?
- Yes. You build the whole set, see every card laid out, and open all four PDFs before paying. The previews carry a watermark so you can check the layout first.
- What does the payment cover?
- One payment of $19 removes the watermark on all four PDFs for that one event, forever. There is no account and no subscription. A different event is a separate build.
- What paper and printer do I need?
- Plain white or cream cardstock on US Letter works well. Cards come eight to a sheet with cut and fold guides. Print at home or hand the PDFs to any copy shop. Run one test sheet first, since color and cutting vary by printer.
- Can I edit after I build?
- Each build gets its own permanent link. If you spot a typo, fix your list and build a fresh pack. The new pack gets a new link and the old one stays put.
- Do you keep my guest list private?
- Your list is stored only to generate your pack and load it again from your link. There is no public directory and your page is not indexed by search engines.
